KIERAN "OZZIE" OSBORNE
played by Jon Newman

Ozzie is the proverbial bad boy. At school he was best mates with Tom and had a nice little earner selling cigarettes to younger pupils. Now he runs the local nightclub after being shown the door at Grange Hill.

Ozzie is actually quite an intelligent boy; he doesn't behave like your average bully as he knows this will bring unwated attention. Instead he wages calculated, psychological warfare on those who cross him.

After Mr Hankin confiscated his stash of cigarettes, Ozzie began a campaign of fear against him, breaking into his house and vandalising his car. Mr Hankin thought Danny was responsible and even struck up a friendship with Ozzie. After following Danny into the cellar, Mr Hankin realised Ozzie was his tormentor. Ozzie was arrested after trying to bribe his way out of trouble.

This year, Ozzie returned to Northam as manager of The Hub. In order to secure promotion, he successfully wooed Vikki away from Danny. She was upset to be the subject of a bet but Ozzie realised his feelings for her were genuine.
